Maintenance
Due to the growing conditions of rattan, no two items are alike. Rattan stems are processed by hand into the items in our collections, this results in shape and colour differences that are enhanced by post-processing. Plastic rattan has the same external characteristics as natural rattan. Keep the rattan or rattan item clean weekly with a slightly damp, clean cloth. Treatments or cleaning agents are strongly discouraged for the natural rattan.
Delivery
The item is delivered in pairs, with a minimum purchase of two pieces. For hard floors indoors, place felt glides under the frame. This prevents damage to the floor.
