Material
Bamboo garden furniture immediately gives a holiday feeling. Bamboo is a very strong natural product and also very flexible, this ensures a very high durability level. Bamboo is very light in colour but can react strongly to the environment. The weather influences cause bamboo to slowly turn grey or become mouldy. This does not affect the construction, quality or lifespan of the furniture. The cushions have a strong outer fabric and the filling is standard foam. This means that the cushions cannot be left outside, so store them away immediately after use.
Dimensions
The Bamboo garden bench including cushions has a height of 86 cm, width of 185 cm and a total depth of 80 cm. The seat height of the bench is including the seat cushion 46 cm and the seat depth of 46 cm is measured including the comfortable back cushion. The armrests are 21 cm high, measured from the seat. The leg frame is ø 4 cm. The maximum capacity of the garden bench is 250 kg.
Maintenance
All bamboo furniture is pre-treated to slow down the ageing process. To increase the lifespan, it is recommended that once a year the furniture is treated with special Bamboo Protector. Any stains can be sanded down with a light sandpaper prior to treatment. Protect the furniture from rain, night and winter with a plastic film or protective cover. If possible, it is better for the furniture to be stored indoors for the winter. Always make sure that the furniture cannot stand in a puddle of water, or that water remains on the furniture after a rainfall. The water will soak into the furniture and leave marks after a while. These stains are not always easy to remove. Remove other stains with a neutral soap. Do not use chemicals or high pressure cleaners.
